Lexicon is studied from different theoretical points of views. That´s why, its fundamental episteme is form by disciplines like: Applied Linguistics, Pedagogy and Psychology that gives essential theoretical basis to it. All this conforms inter and intra disciplinary approach that studies the lexicon from a variety of analysis in which are organized the values that provides the frequency of in which appears the words in the lexical disponibility. In this communication are presented some theoretical considerations about this topic.
