Institutional Transformation Rationale for the Achievement of Quality

The quality of education cannot be given if there is a transformation, but not only transform the curricular aspects but general and specific structures and models of organization and management of higher education institutions (HEI). In this context the paper falls, based on the idea of introducing, without wishing to deepen in the study and reflection on the concepts of management, organization and institutional transformation, from the approach of some authors that deal the topics addressed.
